Not sure if I would prefer downloading a 3rd party VPN client (SonicVPN) just to install the DNE software. to 10. But I can install Cisco VPN (vpnclient_setup.msi). Dne Network Save all of your work.
Hope this helps pull all the information together for others... Just by trial and error, I found that you have to make sure the pc has "Deterministic Netowrks" source files exist in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Deterministic Networks".
